Als u verder meerdere metingen na elkaar wilt uitvoeren,
moet u tussen elke meting telkens minstens 1 minuut
wachten.
Herhaal de meting in geval van twijfelachtige gemeten
waarden.
Breng het apparaat voorafgaand aan de meting op
kamertemperatuur.
Manchet plaatsen
LET OP! Het apparaat mag alleen met de originele
manchet worden gebruikt. De manchet is geschikt voor
een bovenarmomvang van 22 tot 42 cm.
Doe de manchet 1 om de naakte bovenarm (afb. D).
De doorbloeding van de arm mag niet door te nauwe
kledingstukken of dergelijke worden beperkt.
De manchet 1 moet zodanig om de bovenarm worden
aangebracht dat de onderste rand 2-3 cm boven de
elleboog en over de slagader ligt. De manchetslang 2
wijst naar het midden van de handpalm.
Bevestig nu het vrije uiteinde van de manchet 1 strak,
maar niet te strak om de arm en sluit de klittenbandslui-
ting (afb. E). De manchet 1 moet zo strak zijn ge-
plaatst, dat er nog twee vingers onder de manchet 1
kunnen komen (afb. F).
Deze manchet is geschikt voor u als na het omdoen
van de manchet de index-markering op de buitenkant
van de manchet (▼) binnen het OK-gedeelte op de
manchet ligt (afb. G).
