„Veľké“ latte
–Stlačte a podržte stlačené tlačidlo „veľké“ latte cca 3 sekundy, až
začne čerpadlo pracovať. Mliečna pena vyteká z dýzy na mlieko.
–Keď je vydané želané množstvo mliečnej peny, zastavte výdaj mliečnej
peny opakovaným stlačením tlačidla „veľké“ latte  .
Môžete nastaviť dobu 5 – 70 sekúnd.
–Po vydaní mliečnej peny tečie espresso z výpustu espressa -, aby bolo
možné pripraviť latte macchiato.
–Pri nasledujúcej príprave latte macchiato s tlačidlom „veľké“ latte
sa použije nová naprogramovaná doba výdaja mlieka.
Napenené mlieko
Takisto môžete pripraviť výlučne napenené mlieko, napríklad na prípravu kakaa.
1) Nasaďte držiak sitka ,.
2) Uistite sa, že je v nádržke na mlieko ešte dostatok miesta, príp. doplňte
mlieko.
3) Postavte vhodnú šálku na odkvapkávaciu mriežku . Pokiaľ používate malú
nádobu, vytiahnite stojan na malé šálky von a položte naň nádobu.
4) Dýzu na mlieko nastavte tak, aby ukazovala do šálky.
5) Prístroj zapnite na spínači zap/vyp % a počkajte, až budú všetky kontrolky
nepretržite svietiť. Prístroj je potom zohriaty.
6) Stlačte tlačidlo „veľké“ cappuccino 2 x po sebe. Kontrolka tlačidla
„malé“ cappuccino ! a kontrolka tlačidla „veľké“ cappuccino 
svietia a z dýzy na mlieko vyteká napenené mlieko.
7) Zastavte výdaj mlieka stlačením ľubovoľného tlačidla. Výdaj mlieka sa po
70 sekundách zastaví automaticky.
8) Prístroj vypnite na spínači zap./vyp. %.
9) Prístroj čistite tak, ako je uvedené vkapitole „Čistenie aúdržba“.
