Sendviê z tureckého chleba
so syrom a šunkou
1 turecký chlieb
4 PL majonézy
3 PL horêice (stredne ostrá)
1 PL medu
•SoĘ, kajenské korenie
cca 8 plátkov syra
cca 8 plátkov varenej šunky, salámy a/
alebo šunky Parma
cca. 8 plátkov paradajok (pevných)
1. Majonézu zmiešajte s horêicou a
medom a dochuĹte soĘou a kajenským
korením.
2. Turecký chlieb rozrežte na štvrtiny a
tieto rozdeĘte na spodné a vrchné polo-
vice.
3. Vnútorné plochy tureckého chleba
potrite horêicovou majonézou.
4. Na spodné polovice naukladajte
šunku/salámu a na vrch položte vrchné
polovice.
5. Kontaktný gril predhrejte na stupeĢ 5.
6. Sendviêe peête v mierne namazanom
kontaktnom grile, kým sa syr nerozpustí.
- Usporiadanie grilovacích platní: Kon-
taktný gril
7. Až po upeêení vložte do tureckého
chleba plátky paradajok.
Baklažánové zvitky
1 malá cibuĘa
•1 strúêik cesnaku
Malé množstvo olivového oleja
2 konzervy paradajok (kúsky)
2 PL paradajkového pretlaku
•SoĘ, korenie, sušené talianske bylinky
2 malé baklažány
1 Mozzarella
50 g paremzánu (êerstvo nastrúhaný)
Paradajková omáêka
1. CibuĘu a cesnakové strúêiky nakrájajte
na jemno a poduste v troške olivového
oleja.
2. Pridajte paradajky a paradajkový
pretlak z konzerv a osoĘte, a dochuĹte
korením a talianskymi bylinkami.
3. Všetko nechajte asi hodinu mierne dusiĹ,
najskôr v zatvorenom, potom v otvore-
nom hrnci.
Baklažánové zvitky
4. Medziêasom baklažány pozdĔžne
nakrájajte na tenké plátky a Mozzarellu
na hranolêeky.
5. Kontaktný gril predhrejte na stupeĢ 3.
6. Plátky baklažánu grilujte v mierne
namazanom kontaktnom grile.
- Usporiadanie grilovacích platní: Kon-
taktný gril
-éas grilovania: cca 3 - 4 minút
7. Po vychladnutí vždy z jedného hranol-
êeka Mozzarelly a plátku baklažánu
vytvarujte zvitok.
Zapekanie
8. Rúru na peêenie predhrejte na 175|°C.
9. Paradajkovú omáêku naplĢte do formy
na nákypy.
10.Do omáêky rozmiestnite baklažánové
zvitky a posypte ich parmezánom.
11.Všetko zapekajte cca 30 minút v rúre
na peêenie, kým sa syr nerozpustí.
