Wikkel het netsnoer om de kabelspoel 8 en steek de stekker in de houder voor
de stekker in het midden van de bodem van het apparaat.
Bewaar de inmaakketel op een droge plaats.
Recepten
Grove leverworst
2 kg varkensbuik met zwoerd
500 g varkenslever
500 g uien
100 g varkensreuzel
2 TL grof gemalen piment
1 EL tijm en marjolein, gedroogd
1 TL witte peper
1 EL zout
Toebereiding
Kook de varkensbuik 1,5 uur in water met zout en laat deze daarin afkoelen.
Vervolgens draait u de varkensbuik door een middelgrote schijf van de vleesmolen.
Draai de lever door een fijne geperforeerde schijf.
Snijd de uien klein en fruit deze in de reuzel glazig. Voeg dan vlees, lever, kruiden
en 1/4 liter van de bouillon van de varkensbuik toe en roer dit goed door. Vul
voorbereide glazen direct met deze massa. Slechts 1/3 van het glas vullen!
Maak de glazen ca. 2 uur lang in bij 98°C.
Dit recept kunt u op verschillende manieren variëren: bij voorbeeld door toevoeging
van diverse kruiden, knoflook of blokjes ham.
Pompoen, zoet-zuur
2 kg pompoen
1/2 l azijn
1 l water
1/4 l wijnazijn
1 kg suiker
Sap en schil van een citroen
een gemberwortel (verse gember in plakjes gesneden)
een kaneelstokje
een paar kruidnagels
