11. Vyrobte si êerstvé
hranolky
Zemiaky by mali byĹ takéto
- Zemiaky by mali maĹ pevnú šupu a ešte
by nemali klíêiĹ.
- Používajte múêne až polopevné druhy
zemiakov (varný typ C až B).
- Zemiaky by nemali byĹ príliš malé a
mali by byĹ približne rovnako veĘké.
UĘahêuje to spracovávanie.
1. Zemiaky ošúpte.
2. Nakrájajte ich na prúžky alebo kolies-
ka.
3. Pred tým, ako ich budete fritovaĹ, polož-
te ich cca. na 1 hodinu do studenej vo-
dy.
4. Zemiaky osušte, napr. papierovými
utierkami.
5. Prvé fritovanie: Zemiaky fritujte cca. 10
až 14 minút pri teplote 150 °C.
6. Fritovací kôš|18 vyberte z oleja/tuku a
zaveste ho pomocou držiaka pod ruko-
Ĺou|17 na predný okraj nádoby na
tuk|14, aby sa mohol odkvapkaĹ.
7. Olej/tuk zohrejte na cca. 170 °C.
8. Druhé fritovanie: Zemiaky fritujte cca. 3
až 4 minúty pri teplote 170 °C.
9. Fritovanie ukonêite, keì sú zemiaky také
hnedé, aké by ste ich chceli maĹ.
UPOZORNENIE: Hlboko zmrazené hra-
nolky sa fritujú len jedenkrát.
12. Riešenie problémov
Ak by váš prístroj zrazu prestal správne fun-
govaĹ, skontrolujte ho najprv podĘa tohto kon-
trolného zoznamu. Možno ide len o malý
problém, ktorý budete vedieĹ odstrániĹ aj vy.
