1) Preberieme aumyjeme listový špenát.
2) Olúpeme cibuľu a strúčik cesnaku, najemno ich nakrájame a opečieme
ich na oleji do sklovita. Pridáme špenát. Ochutíme citrónovou šťavou,
soľou a čiernym korením.
3) Toast natrieme bylinkovým maslom.
4) Mozzarellu nakrájame na plátky.
5) Rozdelíme Mozarellu aodkvapkaný špenát na 2toastové plátky aposype-
me ich píniovými jadrami.
6) Panini prekryjeme druhým plátkom toastového chleba.
7) Panini opatrne položíme na sendvičovač na panini nahriaty na rozsah
stupňov ohrevu 3/Max.
8) Pomocou bezpečnostného uzáveru 2 nastavíme požadovaný odstup
hornej vyhrievacej platne 0 azatvoríme kryt.
9) Počkáme, kým sa panini neopečú do zlatohneda. Potom ich vyberieme
zo sendvičovača na panini.
Panini s kuracími prsiami
400 g filé z kuracích pŕs
20 g masla
čierne korenie, soľ, mletá paprika
120 g slaniny v plátkoch
6 plátkov bieleho/toastového chleba
3 PL šalátového dresingu (jogurtu)
30 g ľadového šalátu
2 paradajky
1 avokádo
1 ČL limetkovej šťavy
50 g šalátovej uhorky
1) Kuracie prsia krátko opláchneme pod tečúcou vodou aosušíme ich ku-
chynskými papierovými utierkami. Krátko opečieme na prístroji nastavenom
vkontaktnej pozícii ana vyhrievacom stupni MAX.
2) Prístroj prepneme na začiatok rozsahu stupňov ohrevu 3 adopečieme filety
zkuracích pŕs ca. 10minút. Po upečení ochutíme soľou, čiernym korením
apaprikou aodložíme.
3) Na panvici opečieme plátky slaniny do chrumkava.
4) Na 3 plátky toastového chleba/bieleho chleba rozdelíme jogurtový dresing,
na to položíme ľadový šalát, narežeme paradajky na plátky, okoreníme ich
apoukladáme.
