Modo de eliminación de cal
Tras 500 usos, el aparato indica que es necesario eliminar la cal:
El piloto de control del botón “Latte grande”  y el piloto de control del
botón “Latte pequeño” 3 parpadean de forma alterna en cuanto se calienta
el aparato.
ATENCIÓN: DAÑOS MATERIALES
■ Pese a que puede seguir utilizándose el aparato, le recomendamos que
elimine la cal, ya que, de lo contrario, acabará deteriorándose hasta
quedar inutilizable.
INDICACIÓN
► También puede iniciarse el programa de eliminación de cal antes de
alcanzar los 500 usos. Para ello, proceda de la manera descrita a
continuación.
1) Apague el aparato con el interruptor de encendido/apagado % y desco-
necte el enchufe de la red eléctrica.
2) Vierta 400 ml de vinagre blanco y 600 ml de agua en el depósito de agua 6.
3) Coloque el depósito de leche vacío en el aparato.
4) Ajuste el regulador giratorio “Cantidad de leche” en la posición “Clean” .
5) Coloque el portafiltros , con el filtro de expreso (/o ) en el aparato.
6) Coloque un recipiente lo suficientemente grande sobre la rejilla de goteo .
7) Ajuste la boquilla para la leche de forma que apunte hacia el recipiente.
8) Conecte el enchufe a la red eléctrica y encienda el aparato por medio del
interruptor de encendido/apagado %. El aparato comenzará a calentarse.
En cuanto el aparato se calienta, el piloto de control del botón “Latte
grande”  y el piloto de control del botón “Latte pequeño” 3
parpadean de forma alterna para indicar que debe eliminarse la cal del
aparato.
9) Pulse simultáneamente el botón “Latte grande”  y el botón “Latte
pequeño” 3 . Tras esto, el aparato comenzará el proceso de eliminación
de cal. Todos los pilotos de control se iluminan consecutivamente. A continua-
ción, sale vapor y agua caliente de la boquilla para la leche .
Tras aprox. 10 minutos, finaliza el proceso de eliminación de cal y todos los
pilotos se iluminan de forma permanente.
10) Retire la mezcla restante de agua y vinagre del depósito de agua 6y
limpie el depósito de agua 6(consulte el capítulo “Limpieza del depósito
de agua”).
11) Vacíe el recipiente situado sobre la rejilla de goteo y vuelva a colocarlo
sobre ella.
