12.1 Garantieperiode
Ucom-toestellen hebben een garantieperiode van 36 maanden. De
garantieperiode begint op de dag dat het nieuwe toestel is gekocht. Er
wordt geen garantie gegeven op gewone batterijen (AA en AAA).
Verbruiksartikelen en schade die een verwaarloosbaar effect hebben
op de werking of waarde van het toestel zijn niet gedekt.
Garantieclaims worden enkel geaccepteerd als het originele
aankoopbewijs of een kopie ervan met datum van aankoop en
producttype kan worden voorgelegd.
