14. Warranty
What Does This Warranty Cover?
Home Skinovations, its applicable aliates (hereinafter: Home Skinovations) or the authorized dealer
from whom you purchased your Silk’n product (hereinafter: the Device) shall repair or replace the
Device, if any material defects caused by Home Skinovations are discovered in the Device during the
warranty period, whether in the body of the Device or its operation.
Who is entitled to warranty by virtue of this warranty certicate?
Only you, the original buyer of the Device who purchased the Device from Home Skinovations or its
authorized dealers, are entitled to receive the warranty specied in this warranty certicate. In order
to be entitled to the warranty service, you need to provide a proof that you are the original buyer
of the Device by presenting an original receipt for purchase of the Device. This warranty is not an
international warranty. The warranty will only be honored in the country in which the authorized
dealer or the Home Skinovations entity from whom you purchased the Device, are located. For a list of

What period does this warranty certicate cover?
The warranty covers repair requests received within one year (1) from the Device’s original purchase
date. Repair requests after one year (1) from the date of purchase are not covered by this certicate
of warranty. Repair requests regarding a Device that was repaired or replaced must be submitted no
later than: (a) one year (1) from the original purchase date of the Device or (b) ninety (90) days from
the date that the repaired or replaced Device was returned to you, the later to occur. If a sticker is
attached to your Device stating a warranty period longer than that indicated above, the warranty
period mentioned on the sticker will apply, and the Device will be repaired or replaced as part of the
warranty until such period expires.
If you purchased the Device in an EU country, you have an additional year (according to the EU-
Directive 1999/44) to claim for deciencies or malfunctioning of your Device, which were present
at the time of purchase, but were not apparent then, as determined by Home Skinovations or the
authorized dealer. In order to make this extended warranty eective you must contact the authorized
dealer from whom you purchased the Device or the local service center and notify them about the
production fault immediately, and no later than 60 days after detecting the fault.

When asking for customer services you may be asked to ll in a form for returning the product and you
shall receive a reference number. In case of a defect that is not covered by the warranty for whatever
reason, Home Skinovations can charge you for the shipping and repair costs if you agreed to repair
the Device at your expense.
