5 FUNCTIEBESCHRIJVING
(functies die tijdens de rit ingeschakeld zijn)
Alle fietsfuncties zijn onder: „ritgegevens/fietsen“ te vinden.
De volgende functies zijn onderdeel van de submenu’s:
afstand/rijtijd/Ø-snelheid/max. snelheid/afstand+/afstand-/
Ø-trapfrequentie/max. trapfrequentie.
Het gaat hier om 2 aparte afstandmeters (afstand+/afstand-).
Zij maken een intervaltraining of een rit volgens Roadbook mogelijk.
Beide zijn voorprogrammeerbaar en apart terug te zetten.
5.1 FAVORIETEN A EN B
5.2 FIETSFUNCTIES
De favorieten A en B kunnen door max. 10 functies bezet worden. Deze
kunt u zelf uitkiezen. De door ons voorgeprogrammeerde instelling van de
favorieten is enerzijds voor vlak terrein, anderzijds voor de bergen en kan
individueel gewijzigd worden.
kFavorieten A –
afstand/rijtijd/Ø-snelheid/max. snelheid/zonebalken/calorieën/
countdown/stopwatch/actuele temperatuur/tijd.
kFavorieten B –
afstand/rijtijd/Ø-snelheid/zonebalken/hoogtemeter X/afstand X/
stijgingssnelheid/max. stijgingssnelheid X/max. hoogte/tijd.
Alle hartslagfuncties zijn onder: „ritgegevens/hartslag“ te vinden.
De volgende functies zijn onderdeel van de submenu’s:
zonebalken/gemiddelde HF/max. HF/tijd in de 1., 2. en 3. zone/calorieën
De ROX 8.0 heeft 3 hartslagzones. Deze zones worden automatisch,
bij invoeren van de „gebruiker“-instellingen, berekend.
De 3 voorberekende zones zijn:
kZone 1: 55-70% van de HF max. – Regeneratietraining
kZone 2: 70-80% van de HF max. – Hartbloedsomlooptraining
kZone 3: 80-100% van de HF max. – Prestatietraining
