5.The average heart rate
Your personal average heart rate should be within your individual
training zone. Formula: 170 minus your age in years. This heart
rate monitor saves your average heart rate (AVG).
AVG only works if stopwatch (STP) is switched on.
Press MENU to enter AVG display.
Resetting the stopwatch will also zero the AVG function.
6. Accomplished maximum heart rate
This heart rate monitor saves your accomplished maximum heart
rate (MAX). MAX only works if stopwatch (STP) is switched on.
Press MENU to enter AVG display.
Press SUBMENU to enter MAX display.
Resetting the stopwatch will also zero the MAX function.
7.Calorie accumulation/Fat Grams Burned
This heart rate monitor can analyze your calorie consumption
during a physical effort; taking into consideration sex, weight,
and specific sport factor can calculate the total calorie
consumption of a person.

00045 Walking: 2 miles in 30 minutes
00061 Jogging, relaxed: 2 miles in 30 minutes
00079 Jogging, average: 3 miles in 30 minutes
00099 Jogging, intensive: 4 miles in 30 minutes
00031 Cycling, relaxed: 7 miles in 1 hour
00055 Cycling, average: 11 miles in 1 hour
00080 Cycling, intensive: 17 miles in 1 hour
00068 Inline Skating, relaxed: 6 miles in 1 hour
00078 Inline Skating, average: 9 miles in 1 hour
00089 Inline Skating, intensive: 13 miles in 1 hour
00048 Aerobic, relaxed: 30 minutes
00061 Aerobic, average: 30 minutes
00072 Aerobic, intensive: 30 minutes
00030 Gymnastic: 30 minutes
Set of the calorie accumulation
Press MENU to enter KCAL display.
Press SET key until the word "hold” disappears.
Press SET key to set sex – male (M) or female (F).
Press MENU to select weight. Press SUBMENU
to select kilogram (KG) or pound (Lb)
Press Set key to set
Select your specific factor in the table and press
SET key to set it.
Confirm factor by pressing MENU key.
Press SET key to set.
•To quit the setting press MENU key.
Stopwatch must be running for this functions to calculate.
