Vous démarrez, arrêtez et interrompez votre
exercice dans le TRAINING MANAGER.
Toutes les données qui se trouvent dans
le MENU TEMPS et FC se rapportent au
TRAINING MANAGER en cours. Vous accédez
au TRAINING MANAGER avec la touche
T-MANAGER, à partir de n’importe quel menu.
Le PC 9 reçoit des signaux envoyés de la
sangle.
Pour commencer votre entraînement,
appuyer sur START.
L’entraînement a commencé.
Les données d’exercice (MENU TEMPS et
FC) vont être calculées.
Lorsque le TRAINING MANAGER est activé,
le RUNNING MAN est affiché.
Pour interrompre l’exercice, appuyez sur
PAUSE.
Pour confirmer la fin de l’exercice, appuyer
de nouveau sur END.
Si vous souhaitez poursuivre l’exercice,
appuyez sur EX.
Pour remettre à zéro les données d’exercice
(MENU TEMPS et POULS), appuyez sur RESET.
Vous retournez en mode veille avec OFF.
Attention : la remise à zéro des données
d’exercice efface les informations relatives au
dernier entraînement.
Regardez vos données d’exercice avant de
remettre les données à zéro pour un nouvel
entraînement. Appuyez sur YES pour remettre
les données d’exercice à zéro.
Vous pouvez interrompre ce processus en
appuyant sur la touche NO.
Les données ont été remises à zéro.
Pour passer en mode Veille, appuyez sur OFF.

Si vous souhaitez poursuivre l’exercie,
appuyez de nouveau sur START.
Pour terminer l’exercice, appuyez sur END.
