2.2 Training with the PC 9 2.2 Training with the PC 9
In the main HEART RATE MENU (HEART)
you can access various training data relating
to your current training session.
As soon as the Training Manager is activated,
consumed calories are recorded.
TOTAL KCAL
shows you calorie consumption over a longer
period (weeks, months).
You can decide yourself when to reset the
data (RESET function).
Press ENTER to access the PULSE MENU.
The ZONE INDICATOR at the upper end of
the display shows you which of the three
pulse zones you are currently in.
There you will see at what percentage of
your maximum heart rate you are training
at present.
TRAINTIME
is the training time of your
current training session.
AVERAGE
shows your current average
pulse.
Under
KCAL
are indicated the calories
consumed in the current training unit.
