Mit dem TRAINING MANAGER starten,
stoppen und unterbrechen Sie Ihr Training.
Alle Daten, die sich im ZEIT- und PULS MENÜ
befinden, beziehen sich auf den laufenden
TRAINING MANAGER.
Aus jedem Menü gelangen Sie mit der T-
MANAGER Taste in den TRAINING MANAGER.
Der PC 9 empfängt Signale vom Brustgurt.
Zu Beginn Ihres Trainings
START drücken.
Das Training wurde gestartet.
Die verschiedenen Trainingsdaten (ZEIT- und
PULS MENÜ) werden berechnet.
Der RUNNING MAN zeigt, dass der
TRAINING MANAGER aktiviert ist.
Zum Unterbrechen des Trainings PAUSE
drücken.
Um das Trainingsende zu bestätigen, erneut
END drücken.
Falls Sie ihr Training fortsetzen möchten, drücken
Sie bitte EX.
Für das Zurücksetzen der Trainingsdaten
(ZEIT-und PULS MENÜ) RESET drücken.
Mit OFF kehren Sie in den Ruhemodus zurück.
Durch das Zurücksetzen der Trainingsdaten wird
die letzte Trainingseinheit komplett gelöscht.
Sehen Sie sich erst Ihre Trainingsdaten an,
bevor Sie vor Beginn einer neuen Einheit die
Daten zurücksetzen.
Drücken Sie YES, um die Trainingsdaten auf
"0" zurück zu setzen.
Mit der Taste NO brechen Sie diesen
Vorgang ab.
Die Daten wurden zurückgesetzt.
Um in den Ruhemodus zu gelangen,
drücken Sie OFF.

Wenn Sie das Training fortsetzen möchten,
drücken Sie erneut auf START.
Zum Beenden des Trainings END drücken.
