Met de TRAINING MANAGER start en stopt
en onderbreekt u de training.
Alle daten, die zijn opgeslagen in het TIJD
en PULS menu hebben betrekking op de
lopende/actieve TRAINING MANAGER.
Vanuit elk menu komt u met de T-MANAGER
toets in de TRAINING MANAGER.
De PC 9 ontvangt de signalen van de
borstband.
Om te beginnen met de training:
toets START.
De training wordt gestart.
De verschillende trainingsdaten
(Time/Puls menu) worden berekend.
De RUNNING MAN toont dat de
TRAINING MANAGER is geactiveerd.
Om de training te onderbreken:
toets PAUSE.
Om het einde van de training te bevestigen:
toets END.
Als u toch met de training door wilt gaan:
toets EX.
Om de trainingsdaten terug te zetten
(TIME/ PULS menu): toets RESET.
Met OFF komt u terug in de rustmodus.
Opgelet: Door het terugstellen/terugzetten
van de trainingsdaten wordt de laatste
training gewist.
Bekijkt u eerst de trainingsdaten, voor u
begint met een nieuwe training en de oude
daten wist. Toets YES om de trainingsdaten
op "0" zetten.
Met de toets "NO" stopt u de voortgang van
het proces.
De daten worden teruggezet.
Om in het rustmenu te komen: toets OFF.

Om de training voort te zetten:
toets START.
Om de training te stoppen: toets END.
