2.1 Aanduiding hartslagfrequentie 2.2 Trainingstijd (start, stop, terugstellen)
De afkorting "FT" bij uw nieuwe Puls computer staat voor
"finger-touch" - voor het meten van de hartslag met de vingers
zonder de gebruikelijke borstband. De hartslagmeting is dus de
opname van dat ogenblikdat er gemeten wordt. De bodemplaat
en de metaalvlakken rechts en links van de display zijn dus de
contacten voor de meting. Let u erop, dat de Puls computer
direct op de huid wordt gedragen.
Functietoets kort indrukken om de
PC 3FT te activeren.
Start de stopwatch door kort te drukken
op de functietoets.
Stopwatch start.

Stopwatch op nul zetten door langer op de
functietoets te drukken.
Functietoets, tot "hold", "RESET" en
dan 0:00:00 in de display verschijnt.
Stopwatch stoppen door kort op
de functietoets te drukken.
Stopwatch staat stil.
Nogmaals drukken en de stopwatch
start opnieuw.
De PC 3FT bevindt zich de ruststand.
Functie toets kort indrukken, om de
pulsmeting te activeren.
Om de hartslag op te nemen drukt u met
2 vingers op de contacten Links en Rechts
van de display.
De meting wordt door een rij van
Hart-symbolen aangegeven
Vingers van de contacten afnemen.
In de display verschijnt Tijd en Stopwatch.
Houdt de vingers zolang op de contacten,
tot alleen het grootste Hart-symbool
zichtbaar is.
De display geeft nu de actuele hartfrequentie.
De PC 3FT bevindt zich in ruststand.
De stopwatch staat weer op nul.
