2.1 Indicador de la frecuencia cardiaca 2.2 Tiempo de entrenamiento
La abreviatura “FT” en su nuevo pulsímetro representa a la expresión
“finger-touch” – es decir, la frecuencia cardiaca se mide con los
dedos y no con la banda del pecho. La frecuencia cardiaca le será
mostrada justo en el momento de la medición. La placa base y las
superficies metálicas a derecha e izquierda del display son los
contactos para realizar la medición. Tenga en cuenta que el reloj
ha de encontrarse en contacto directo con la piel y que no debe
llevar guantes durante la medición.
Presionar brevemente el botón de funciones
para activar el PC 3FT.
Poner en funcionamiento el cronómetro
presionando brevemente el botón de
funciones.
El cronómetro se pone en marcha.

Presionando largamente el botón de
funciones, el contador del cronómetro se
pondrá a cero, hasta que aparezca “hold“,
“RESET“ y luego 0:00:00 en el display.
Parar el cronómetro presionando
brevemente el botón de funciones.
El cronómetro permanece parado.
Al presionar nuevamente el botón de
funciones, el cronómetro se pondrá en
funcionamiento otra vez.
El PC 3FT se encuentra en estado de
reposo.
Presionar ligeramente el botón de funciones
para activar la medición del pulso.
Para medir su frecuencia cardiaca presione
con dos dedos sobre los contactos a derecha
e izquierda del display.
El proceso de medición le será indicado por
una serie de símbolos en forma de corazón.
Separe ahora ambos dedos de los
contactos.
En el display aparecerán la hora y el
cronómetro.
Mantenga ambos dedos sobre los contactos
hasta que únicamente se visualice el mayor
símbolo en forma de corazón.
En el display aparece ahora su frecuencia
cardiaca actual.
El PC 3FT se encuentra en estado de reposo.
El contador del cronómetro se ha puesto
a cero.
