Pertes de pression par frottement
La résistance au frottement de tuyaux
ou conduits, c'est-à-dire le frottement à
l'intérieur du conduit d'air d'évacuation,
a un impact sur le débit d'air comme
suit :
plus la paroi interne est souple
plus le diamètre de la paroi interne
est grand
plus le tuyau est court
plus la résistance au frottement est
faible.
Pertes de pression dues aux
frottements
L'air d'évacuation rencontre davantage
de résistance à travers les installation
intégrées au tuyau, par ex. les
déviateurs (courbures, coudes, angles),
les coffrets muraux avec grilles ou
clapets de retenue.
Installation pour le raccord de tuyaux
diamètre interne = 100 mm
Afin de garantir le débit d'air
minimum requis, une certaine perte
de pression (résistance) ne doit pas
être dépassée.
La perte de pression totale autorisée
dans un conduit d'air d'évacuation
ne doit pas dépasser une certaine
valeur. Celle-ci est calculée comme
la somme de toutes les valeurs de
perte de pression individuelles pour
les pièces et les installations
linéaires dans le conduit d'air
d'évacuation.
Remarque : La valeur de la perte de
pression totale autorisée maximale
pour un conduit d'air d'évacuation
est 50

diamètre interne > 100 mm
Si le raccord de tuyau a un diamètre
interne > 100 mm et que la perte de
pression totale est supérieure à 50*,
augmentez le diamètre interne du
raccord de tuyau.
