Our machine is not grinding beans when we select “Coffee”. It only dispenses hot water. When we select any other item on the menu (e.g., espresso, espresso macchiato, latte, etc.) the machine grinds the beans then dispenses the water. We cleaned the unit and reassembled it, but it still does not grind the beans when we select coffee. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a solution?
