Conferenties (niet bij OpenScape Office HX)
4.4.3.1 Hoe u een permanente conferentie kunt configureren
Vereisten
• U werkt met de klassieke gebruikersinterface.
• Uw administrator of beheerder heeft een inbelnummer voor conferenties
geconfigureerd.
Stap voor stap
1) Klik op Conferentie.
2) Klik op AdHoc-conferentie. Het venster AdHoc-conferentie opent met u als
conferentiebeheerder.
3) Zie Hoe u een conferentiedeelnemer kunt toevoegen als u conferentiedeel-
nemers wilt toevoegen.
4) Klik in het venster AdHoc-conferentie op Bestand > Opslaan.
5) Voer de naam van de conferentie in.
6) Klik op Uitgebreid.
7) Selecteer uit het drop-down menu Conferentietype een van de volgende
mogelijkheden:
• Als u wilt dat de conferentiedeelnemers zich eerst met een wachtwoord
moeten verifiëren, selecteert u Permanente conferentie.
• Als u het niet noodzakelijk acht dat conferentiedeelnemers zich met een
wachtwoord aanmelden, selecteert u Permanente conferentie (geen
PIN-code).
8) Selecteer de gewenste Conferentietaal voor de meldteksten en de uitnodi-
gingen per e-mail (standaard is dit de taal van de voicemail).
9) Plaats een vinkje in het vakje voor Deze conferentie is actief.
10) Als u wilt dat de conferentiedeelnemer zich bij de weergave van de toets *
moeten verifiëren, plaatst u een vinkje in het keuzevakje Maak het voor de
deelnemer verplicht om “*” (ster) in te voeren, om toegang tot de confe-
rentie te krijgen.
INFO: Deze optie wordt aanbevolen, als de conferentiedeel-
nemer zich via een wachtwoord dient te verifiëren. Dit zorgt
ervoor dat uitsluiten aanwezige deelnemers met de conferentie
worden verbonden, achter geen voicemail.
11) Als u bij deze conferentie tegelijkertijd Web Collaboration wilt gebruiken,
plaatst u een vinkje in het selectievakje voor Automatisch starten van de
telefonische conferentie met Web Collaboration.
12) Als u wilt dat het systeem de conferentie automatisch opneemt, plaatst u een
vinkje in het selectievakje voor Deze conferentie automatisch opnemen.
