Unified Communications biedt met de clients myPortal for Desktop en myPortal
for Outlook, functies zoals Aanwezigheidsstatus en CallMe, Conferenties (niet bij
OpenScape Office HX) evenals Voicemailberichten en Fax.

Aanwezigheidsstatus en CallMe-service weergeven en optimaliseren van de
bereikbaarheid van de toestellen. De aanwezigheidsstatus maakt een
eenvoudige statusgerelateerde oproepomleiding mogelijk, evenals een met
myPortal for Desktop of myPortal for Outlook flexibel configureerbare, op regel
gebaseerde oproepomleiding.

De aanwezigheidsstatus informeert in de lijst Favorieten, in het interne
telefoonboek, in de virtuele conferentieruimte en door middel van voicemail-
meldteksten over de beschikbaarheid van interne deelnemers of toestellen (ook
Mobility-Entry-toestellen). Bovendien stuurt de aanwezigheidsstatus de bereik-
baarheid van interne deelnemers of toestellen met de statusgerelateerde oproep-
omleiding en de persoonlijke AutoAttendant aan.
U kunt uw aanwezigheidsstatus zowel in myPortal for Desktop als in het
telefoonmenu van de voicemail wijzigen. Door het op de telefoon uitschakelen
van de oproepomleiding, keert u terug naar de aanwezigheidsstatusKantoor. Bij
elke wijziging van de aanwezigheidsstatus, behalve voor Kantoor en CallMe
kunt u het tijdstip van de voorziene terugkeer in Kantoor of CallMe instellen.
