How to Delete a Voicemail
5.4 How to Delete a Voicemail
Step by Step: 1. Click in the middle of myPortal entry Start.
2. Click on the Voice Messages symbol.
3. Select one of the following options:
• Click on the phone symbol with your own extension (i.e., internal number).
• Click on the mobile phone symbol.
4. Select the desired message.
5. Click on the Delete voice message symbol.
5.5 How to Call the Sender of the Voicemail
Step by Step: 1. Click in the middle of myPortal entry Start.
2. Click on the Voice Messages symbol.
3. Select one of the following options:
• Click on the phone symbol with your own extension (i.e., internal number).
• Click on the mobile phone symbol.
4. Select the desired message.
5. Click on the Call sender of current voice message symbol.
5.6 How to Configure Access to Voicemail
Step by Step: 1. Right-click on myPortal entry.
2. Click on Widget Preferences... in the context menu.
3. Click Voicemail.
4. Select the Entry Voice Mail (EVM) available check box to activate the
voicemail for myPortal entry .
5. Enter your internal number (extension) in the Your mailbox number field.
6. Enter your personal password for accessing your voicemail in the Your
mailbox password field. Default password: 1234.
7. Click Save.
