Mayonaise
1 ei (eigeel en eiwit)

200–250 ml olie
Zout en peper naar smaak
De ingrediënten moeten dezelfde
temperatuur hebben!
Ingrediënten in de kom doen.
De snelmixstaaf op de bodem van de
kom houden en inschakelen (stand M)
tot het mengsel emulgeert.
De ingeschakelde snelmixstaaf
langzaam omhoog tot aan het oppervlak
bewegen en dan weer omlaag, tot de
mayonaise klaar is.
Tip: u kunt volgens dit recept ook mayonaise
met alleen eierdooiers maken. Gebruik dan
de halve hoeveelheid olie.
