Mescolare la pasta finché diventa liscia e priva di grumi.

Sorbetto di fragole
250 g fragole congelate
100 g zucchero a velo
180 ml panna (1 bicchiere scarso)
S Introdurre tutti gli ingredienti nel contenitore di miscelazione.
Inserire immediatamente, altrimenti si formano grumi.
agitare finché si forma un gelato cremoso.
1 Chiara d'uovo montata
Quantità: da 2 a 6 chiare d'uovo
1 Panna montata
Quantità: da 200g a 400 g
2 ca. 3 min Shake di latte vaporoso per chi è attento alle calorie
500 ml latte parzialmente scremato (3,5% grassi)
da 3 a 4 cucchiai colmi di polvere istantanea al sapore di frutta
o di vaniglia
S Lasciare raffreddare il latte parzialmente scremato da
3ĂaĂ3,5 ore nel congelatore (non in bottiglia di vetro).
Montare il latte nel contenitore di miscelazione finché
diventa schiumoso. Ora aggiungere da 3 a 4 cucchiai di
polvere istantanea e mescolare brevemente.
2/M Noci, mandorle
Quantità: da 200g a 400 g
S eliminare completamente tutti i gusci, che possono
danneggiare la lama mixer.
Lavorarle fino al grado di triturazione desiderato.
2/M Purea di frutta o verdura
(passato di mele, purea di spinaci, carote, pomodori; crudi
oĂcotti)
S Introdurre insieme nel frullatore ingredienti e condimenti
eĂlavorarli a purea.
