Fourneaux à gaz et électriques
Ne pas utiliser un plan de cuisson à gaz
avec tous les fourneaux allumés à la
puissance maximale pendant plus de 15
minutes, sinon il pourrait y avoir le risque
que la surface de la hotte s'échauffe pouvant
ainsi causer des brûlures en cas de contact.
De plus, la hotte pourrait s'abîmer.
Dans le cas où l'on utilise plus de trois
fourneaux à gaz, il faut utiliser la hotte à la
puissance maximale.
❑ Remarque: un grand fourneau avec
puissance supérieure à 5 KW (type WOK)
correspond à 2 fourneaux standard.
❑ Ne jamais utiliser les fourneaux à gaz
sans casseroles. Régler la flamme de
façon à ce qu'elle ne dépasse pas le
périmètre de la casserole.
Ne pas utiliser ou laisser la hotte sans
que les ampoules soient correctement
placées pour éviter tout risque de choc
électrique.
