Regelkreis
Die Regelgröße x beeinflusst über die Regeleinrichtung die Stellgröße M. Dadurch entsteht
ein in sich geschlossener Kreislauf, der auch als
Regelkreis
bezeichnet wird.
Wenn das Fenster im obigen Beispiel geöffnet wird, fällt die Temperatur im Raum ab. Der
Mensch muss die Heizleistung des Heizkörpers erhöhen. Wird die Heizleistung zu stark
erhöht, wird es zu heiß. Der Mensch muss die Heizleistung verringern.
Wenn die Heizleistung zu schnell erhöht bzw. verringert wird, beginnt der Regelkreis zu
schwingen. Die Raumtemperatur schwankt. Es ist entweder zu kalt oder zu warm. Um das
zu vermeiden, muss der Mensch die Heizleistung vorsichtig und langsam verringern oder
erhöhen.
Regeldifferenz
Die Regeldifferenz ist die Differenz zwischen der Führungsgröße und der Regelgröße.
Daraus ergibt sich analog: die Abweichung eines Istwerts von einem Sollwert.
e = SP – PV
Die Regeldifferenz e führt zu einer Änderung der Stellgröße y.
Am obigen Beispiel lässt sich das gut verdeutlichen: Wenn bei einer gewünschten
Temperatur von 20 °C (= Führungsgröße SP) die Raumtemperatur 22 °C (= Regelgröße PV)
beträgt, ergibt die Regeldifferenz:
e = SP – PV = 20 °C - 22 °C = -2 °C
Das negative Vorzeichen bedeutet hierbei eine Wirkungsumkehr, d.h. die Heizleistung wird
verringert.
Im Beharrungszustand eines Regelkreises ist die Regeldifferenz null oder sehr klein. Ändert
sich die Führungsgröße oder kommt es zu einer Störung, so entsteht eine Regeldifferenz.
Die Stellgröße M korrigiert die Regeldifferenz.
