Replacing the light bulbs

Fluorescent light bulbs:

1. Switch the extractor hood off and isolate

it by removing the mains plug or by

switching off the fuse.

ṇ When operating, the ﬂuorescent light

bulbs get very hot. Even after a while, there

is still a risk of being burnt.

2. Remove the grease ﬁlter (see

disassembling and assembling the metal

grease ﬁlter.

3. Lift the glass plate.

To do this, insert ﬁnger through the

opening.

4. Remove the glass plate.

6. Replace the glass plate.

7. Carefully discharge the glass plate.

ṇ Risk of injury!

5. Exchange the ﬂuorescent light bulbs

(commercially available light bulbs

FM 730, 11 Watt).

ṇ Risk of breakage!

Insert the 3 ﬂuorescent light bulbs and

re-attach the glass plate (see Replacing

the light bulbs).
