Uttaking og innsetting av metall-fettﬁlter:

1. Trykk på knappen på fettﬁlteret i pilens

retning og klaff det av.

3. Monter fettﬁlteret (se uttaking og

innsetting av metall-fettﬁlter).

Uttaking:

Uttakingen skjer i motsatt rekkefølge.

Skift av aktiv-kullﬁlter:

❑ Ved normal drift (daglig 1 til 2 timer) må

aktiv-kullﬁlteret skiftes ut ca. 1 gang i

året.

❑ Aktiv-kullﬁlter fåes i faghandelen (se

ekstra tilbehør).

❑ Bruk kun originalﬁlter.

Derved blir det garantert en optimal

funksjon.

Kast av gamle aktiv-kullﬁltre:

❑ Aktiv-kullﬁntre inneholder ingen skadelige

stoffer. De kan kastes i det vanlige

bosset.

2. Rengjør fettﬁlteret.

3. Sett det rengjorte ﬁlteret inn igjen.

Innsetting:

1. Ta fettﬁlteret ut (se montering og

demontering av metall-fettﬁlter).

2. Sett inn et aktiv-kullﬁlter til høyre og

venstre på viftemotoren og drei det inntil

det stopper.

Aktiv-kullﬁlter:

Binder luktstoffene ved resirkulasjons-

drift.

NB!:

Ved øket fettinnhold øker også brennbar-

heten og ytelsen til damphetten minsker.

Viktig:

Dersom aktiv-kullﬁlteret blir skiftet ut i rett

tid, forebygges det at det oppstår brannfare

på grunn av overoppheting under

frityrkoking eller steking.
