Zonen för ömtåliga matvaror finns

beroende på modell längst ned mellan

(bild !1/1 och 2) eller mellan de båda

pilarna (bild !2/1 och 2).

Idealiskt för förvaring av kött, fisk, korv,

sallader osv.

lagring, isberedning

Observeras vid inköpning av

frysgods

• Förpackningen får inte vara skadad.

• Fryspaketen skall vara

datumstämplade.

• Varorna i inköpsaffärens kylskåp

måste ha en temperatur om minst -

18°C eller kallare.

• Frysgods skall köpas till sist och

bevaras i tidningspapper eller i en

kylväska under transporten.

Förpackning av livsmedel

Använd endast färska felfria livsmedel.

Livsmedel skall förpackas lufttätt så att

de inte förlorar smaken eller torkar.

Lämpliga materialer för

förpackningen:

Folier, plastpåsar av polyetylen,

aluminiumpapper och fryslådor.

Olämpliga materialer:

Papper, smörpapper, cellofan, soppåsar

och användna plastpåsar.

Sätt livsmedel i förpackningen, tryck ut

luften och tillslutna förpackningen väl.

Lämpliga materialer för stängning:

Gummiring, plastclips, snör och

frystålande tejp.

Fryspaketer skall beskrivas och förses

med datum av frysningen.
