Bakes, gratins, toast with toppings
If you are grilling directly on the wire rack, the universal pan
should also be inserted at level 1. This keeps the oven cleaner.
Always place the ovenware on the wire rack.
How well cooked the bake is will depend on the size of the dish

average values.
