Bakken
Bakvormen Het meest geschikt zijn donkere metalen bakvormen.
Bij heldere bakvormen van dun materiaal of bij glazen
vormen wordt de baktijd langer. Het gerecht wordt
ongelijkmatig gebruind.
Zet de bakvormen altijd in het midden van het bak- en
braadrooster.
Tip Een lage temperatuur zorgt ervoor dat het gerecht
gelijkmatiger bruin wordt.
Aanwijzingen bij de
tabellen
Temperatuur en tijdsduur zijn afhankelijk van de
hoeveelheid en de kwaliteit van het deeg. Om deze
reden zijn in de tabellen bereiken aangegeven.
Probeer eerst de laagste waarde. Stel de oven indien
nodig de volgende keer hoger in.
Wanneer het gerecht in de hoofdoven op twee
niveaus wordt klaargemaakt met hete lucht

moet de bereidingstijd met 5-10 minuten worden
verlengd.
