U kunt gegaarde gerechten met de
verwarmingsmethode boven- en onderwarmte warm
houden. Door de verschillende vochtigheidsniveaus
kunt u voorkomen, dat reeds gegaarde gerechten
uitdrogen.
Dek de gerechten niet af.
Houd de gegaarde gerechten nooit langer dan twee uur
warm. Let erop dat sommige gerechten tijdens het
warm houden verder garen. Dek de gerechten niet af.
De verschillende stoomstanden zijn geschikt voor het
warm houden van:
Stand 1: stukken braadvlees en kort gebraden vlees
