5.2 Types of steam heating
This is where you can find an overview of the types of steam heating and their use.

The steam ensures that the food does not dry out.
Proving dough 30–50°C Allow yeast dough and sourdough to rise.
The dough rises considerably more quickly than at room temper-
ature. The surface of the dough does not dry out.
5.3 Microwave power settings
This is where you can find an overview of the different microwave power settings and when to use them.
The microwave power settings are levels and do not always correspond to the exact wattage that the appliance uses.

¡The maximum microwave power setting is not de-
signed for heating food. To protect the appliance,
the maximum power of the microwave is gradually
reduced to 600watts during the first few minutes.
Full power is made available again after a cooling
period.
¡To prevent condensation, the appliance automatic-
ally switches on a heating element at the maximum
microwave output of 600 watts and max. The cook-
ing compartment and the accessories become hot.
The cooking result is not affected by this.
6  Accessories
Use original accessories. These have been made espe-
cially for your appliance.
Note:Accessories may become deformed if they get
hot. Deformation has no effect on function. As the ac-
cessory cools down, it will regain its original shape.
The accessories supplied may differ depending on the
appliance model.
