De tabel geldt voor producten die in de onverwarmde

op ongevuld gevogelte dat klaar is om gebraden te
worden.
Steek bij eend of gans het vel onder de vleugels vast,
dan kan het vet weglopen.
Grote stukken gevogelte dient u na tweederde van de
grilltijd te keren.
Gevogelte wordt knapperig bruin als u het op het
einde van de bereidingstijd met boter, zout water of
sinaasappelsap instrijkt.
Als u het gevogelte in een open schaal grilt, wordt het
niet zo knapperig.
