Het meest geschikt zijn donkere metalen bakvormen.

Plaats de vorm op het rooster.

De tabel geldt voor producten die in de onverwarmde

oven worden geplaatst. Zo spaart u energie. Als u

voorverwarmt, verkort dan de opgegeven baktijden

met 5 tot 10 minuten.

Temperatuur en tijdsduur zijn afhankelijk van de

hoeveelheid en de kwaliteit van het deeg. In de tabellen

zijn bereiken aangegeven. Probeer eerst de laagste

waarde. Een lage temperatuur zorgt ervoor dat het

gerecht gelijkmatiger bruin wordt. Stel de oven indien

nodig de volgende keer hoger in.
