Er staan u voor de oven verschillende verwarmingsĆ
methoden ter beschikking. Op die manier kunt u voor
elk gerecht de optimale bereidingssoort kiezen.
BovenĆ en onderwarmte
Hierbij verspreidt de warmte zich van onder en boven
gelijkmatig over het gebak of het vlees.
Cakes in vormen en soufllés lukken u hiermee het
best. Ook voor magere stukken gebraad van rundĆ,
kalfsvlees en wild is onderĆ en bovenwarmte zeer
geschikt.
3DĆhetelucht
Een ventilator aan de achterzijde verdeelt de warmte
van het ronde verwarmingselement gelijkmatig in de
oven.
Met 3DĆhetelucht kunt u gebak en pizza's bakken op
twee niveaus. Koekjes en bladerdeeg kunt u op drie
niveaus tegelijk bakken. De benodigde oventemperaĆ
turen zijn lager dan bij onderĆ en bovenwarmte. Extra
bakplaten kunt u krijgen in uw speciaalzaak.
3DĆhetelucht is het meest geschikt om te drogen.
Hetelucht intensief / pizzastand
Hierbij zijn de onderwarmte en het ronde verwarĆ
mingselement in gebruik.
Deze verwarmingsmethode is bijzonder goed geschikt
voor diepvriesproducten. Diepvriespizza's, patates
frites of zoete strudel lukken u zonder voorverwarmen
uitstekend.
