Pour des gratins, gratins de pommes de terre et lasagnes,
utilisez un plat à gratin d'une hauteur de 4 à 5 cm.
Faites cuire les soufflés dans des ramequins ou dans un
moule à soufflé à bord haut. Préchauffez le compartiment de
