Joghurt
Bereiten Sie Joghurt mit Ihrem Gerät zu.
Joghurt zubereiten
1. Das Zubehör und die Gestelle aus dem Garraum
nehmen.
2. 1 Liter Milch (3,5% Fett) auf dem Kochfeld auf
90°C erhitzen und auf 40°C abkühlen lassen.
Bei H-Milch reicht das Aufwärmen auf 40°C.
3. 150g Joghurt mit Kühlschranktemperatur in die
Milch einrühren.
4. Die Masse in kleine Gefäße füllen, z.B. in Tassen
oder kleine Gläser.
5. Die Gefäße mit Folie abdecken, z.B. mit Frischhalte-
folie.
6. Die Gefäße auf den Garraumboden stellen.
7. Das Gerät entsprechend der Einstellempfehlung ein-
stellen.
8. Den Joghurt nach der Zubereitung mindesten
12Stunden im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen.
