Konservering
Konserver om mulig matvarene mens de er ferske. En lengre
lagring reduserer vitamininnholdet og matvarene gjærer lettere.
Bruk kun fersk og fin frukt og grønnsaker.
Følgende matvarer kan ikke konserveres med apparatet:
innholdet i blikkbokser, kjøtt, fisk eller posteier.
Kontroller norgesglass, gummistrikk, klemmer og fjærer.
Rengjør gummistrikkene og glassene grundig med varmt vann.
Programmet "Desinfisere flasker" egner seg også godt til
rengjøring av glass.
Sett glassene i ovnsformen med hull. De skal ikke berøre
hverandre.
Åpne apparatdøren etter angitt koketid.
Ta ut norgesglassene av apparatet først når de er helt avkjølt.

Følg anvisningene fra produsenten på pakningen. De angitte steketidene gjelder for innsetting i kaldt ovnsrom.
