Ved lave temperaturer lykkes med 3D-varmluft : cremet
yoghurt lige så godt som blød gærdej.
Tag først tilbehør, gitter og teleskopudtræk ud af ovnrummet.
Tilberede yoghurt
1.Kog 1 liter mælk (3,5 % fedt) op, og lad den køle af til 40 °C.
2.Rør 150 g yoghurt (køleskabstemperatur) i.
3.Hæld yoghurtmassen over i kopper eller små glas med
skruelåg, og dæk til med plastfolie.
4.Forvarm ovnrummet som angivet.
5.Stil kopperne eller glassene på bunden af ovnen, og tilbered
som angivet.
Hævning af gærdej
1.Tilbered gærdejen som normalt, hæld den i en varmefast skål
af keramik, og dæk den til.
2.Forvarm ovnrummet som angivet.
3.Sluk for ovnen, og stil dejen ind i den slukkede ovn til
hævning.
Optøning
Optøningstiderne afhænger af fødevarernes art og mængde.
Følg producentens anvisninger på emballagen.
Tag frosne fødevarer ud af emballagen, og stil dem på risten i
et egnet fad.
Læg fjerkræ med brystsiden nedad på en tallerken.
