Weeg de vruchten af, voeg ca. 100 ml water en naar smaak
suiker met kruiden toe.
Rijstepap
Weeg de rijst af en voeg er 2,5 keer zoveel melk aan toe. Vul
de toebehoren tot max. 2,5 cm met de rijst en de melk. Na het
koken omroeren. De resterende melk wordt snel opgezogen.
Gerechten regenereren
Bij het regenereren worden gerechten op een gezonde manier
weer verwarmd. Ze smaken en zien eruit als vers klaargemaakt.
