Er staan u voor de oven verschillende verwarmingsĆ
methoden ter beschikking. Op die manier kunt u voor
elk gerecht de optimale bereidingssoort kiezen.
BovenĆ en onderwarmte
Hierbij verspreidt de warmte zich van onder en boven
gelijkmatig over het gebak of het vlees.
Cakes in vormen en soufflés lukken met u hiermee het
best. Ook voor magere braadstukken van rund, kalf
en wild is bovenĆ en onderwarmte zeer geschikt.
3DĆhetelucht
Een ventilator in de achterwand verdeelt de warmte
van het ronde verwarmingselement gelijkmatig in de
oven.
Met 3DĆhetelucht kunt u taarten en pizzas op twee
niveaus bakken. Koekjes en bladerdeeg kunt u op
drie niveaus tegelijk bakken. De benodigde
oventemperaturen zijn lager dan bij bovenĆ en
onderwarmte. Extra bakplaten kunt u krijgen in uw
speciaalzaak.
3DĆHetelucht is het meest geschikt om te drogen.
Onderwarmte
Met onderwarmte kunt u gerechten van onderaf
nabakken of Ćbruinen. Ook voor het inmaken is deze
verwarmingsmethode het meest geschikt.
