Which types of cookware can be used with an induction hob?
For information on which items of cookware are suitable for induction cooking, see the section entitled ~ "Induction cooking".
Why is the cooking zone not heating up and why are the power level and the ZoneLight lights flashing?
The cooking zone that is switched on does not match the position of the cookware.
Ensure that the power level for the cooking zone on which the cookware is standing is activated.
The cookware is too small for the cooking zone that is switched on or it is not suitable for induction cooking.
Make sure that the cookware is suitable for induction cooking and that the cookware is placed on the cooking zone which is more appro-
priate for the size of the cookware. You can find information on the type, size and positioning of the item of cookware in the sections enti-
tled ~ "Induction cooking", ~ "Flex Zone" and ~ "Move function".
Why does the cookware heat up so slowly or why does the cookware not heat up sufficiently, even though a high power level has been set?
The cookware is too small for the cooking zone that is switched on or it is not suitable for induction cooking.

Cleaning
How do I clean the hob?
Using a special glass-ceramic cleaning agent produces the best results. We advise against using harsh or abrasive cleaning agents, dish-
water detergent (concentrated) or scouring pads.

Usually, faults are small matters that are easy to
eliminate. Please read the information in the table
before calling the after-sales service.

has occurred in the power supply.

The displays flash. The control panel is damp or there is something

A fault has occurred in the electronics. To acknowledge the fault, briefly cover the control panel with
your hand.
