Programar a placa de FAX/DDR

Passo a passo

Apagar ramal para recepção de FAX

Requisito: O modo de programação está iniciado.

Digitar o código de programação.

Digitar o número de linha externo (p. ex., 461/4651),

para o qual o ramal de Fax foi programado.

Os ramal de Fax atual para a linha selecionada foi apaga-

do.

Se necessário, digitar o próximo número de linha exter-

na livre

Pressionar a tecla.

Estado inicial do modo de programação.

Atendimento automático de FAX

Se a placa Fax/DDR estiver configurada com código "27"

no modo de funcionamento "Fax/DDR" (default) e se es-

tiver configurado um ramal para a recepção de Fax (de-

fault é 27/219), uma chamada de Fax com/sem disca-

gem direta será encaminhada ao aparelho de Fax. No

caso de uma chamada normal com discagem direta 26/

219, ouve-se o tom de fax.

Se a placa Fax/DDR estiver configurada com código "27"

no modo de funcionamento "Placa desativada" e se es-

tiver configurado um ramal para a recepção de Fax (de-

fault é 27/219), no caso de uma chamada para o atende-

dor (default 21/211) é possível iniciar o Fax dentro dos

primeiros 10 s. ou após a solicitação do atendedo .
