operation for a long time and you do not change the setting.
The heating element is switched off.

* e.g. entrecôte, fillet steak, rump steak. The steak is medium if meat juices escape.
** Press firmly on the plate, turn several times.
*** Use sufficient oil to prevent the breading from drying out and burning.

* Use suitable fish types for grilling, e.g. salmon, tuna, monkfish, perch, pike-perch. To prevent the fish fillets from sticking, you can
toss them in flour before grilling. Start grilling skin side down and turn them only once, if possible.
