Grilování nad vodní

1. Sejměte grilovací rošt a vyklopte topné těleso

grilu. Vyjměte vanu na lávové kameny z přístroje.

2. Naplňte grilovací nádobu 2,5 l vody až po horní

značku.

3. Sklopte topné těleso grilu, položte grilovací rošt.

4. Předehřejte gril cca 8-12 minut s nastaveným

max. stupněm. Poté můžete pokládat potraviny

připravené ke grilování. Stupeň grilování nastavte

podle tabulky.

Poznámka: Prázdný gril předehřívejte maximálně

8-12 minut. Delší doby předehřívání mohou vést

k vypnutí přístroje (pojistka proti přehřátí). Vypněte

přístroj a nechte jej před opakovaným zapnutím

vychladnout.

Doplnění vody Při grilování kontrolujte hladinu vody v grilovací

nádobě. Případně dolijte vodu až k horní značce.

Pozor, nebezpečí opaření! Pokud se při doplňování

ṇ dostane voda na horký grilovací rošt nebo topné

těleso grilu, vzniká vodní pára.

Výměna lávových kamenů Lávové kameny absorbují odkapávající tuk a jsou

nasycené, jakmile ztmavnou. Poté se musí vyměnit.
