Evite entornar líquidos sobre a superfície da placa, bem
como trabalhar com recipientes molhados sobre ela.
Em função do modelo da placa de cozedura, poderá
dispor de placas eléctricas dirigidas por um comando
contínuo e placas dirigidas por um comutador de seis
posições.

Estas placas são dirigidas por um regulador de controlo
da energia, através do qual é possível escolher a potência
adequada para o alimento que está a cozinhar, (fig 3.)
Tomando em conta o tipo de cozedura, a quantidade
de alimento e servindo-se da tabela seguinte, vire o
comando para o lado esquerdo até à posição que
corresponda ao prato que deseja cozinhar. A luz de
controlo do funcionamento acende-se. Para desligar a
placa, vire o comando até à posição 0. A luz de controlo
apaga-se.
