Se recomienda al inicio de la cocción colocar el mando
en la posición máxima y dependiendo de la cantidad y
calidad de los alimentos pasar posteriormente a una
posición intermedia de mantenimiento.
Aprovechando la inercia térmica de la placa, se puede
apagar ésta un poco antes de terminar la cocción, para
obtener un ahorro de energía ya que continuará la
cocción por el calor acumulado en ella.
Utilice recipientes de fondo perfectamente plano,
grueso y de un tamaño similar al del elemento calefactor,
nunca de un tamaño inferior.
Evite desbordamientos de líquidos sobre la superficie
de la placa, así como trabajar con recipientes mojados
sobre ella.
