Dans le tableau suivant vous trouverez quelques exemples. Les
temps de cuisson dépendent du type, du poids et de la qualité
des aliments à cuire. Des déviations sont donc possibles.
Remarque : Lors de la cuisson de ragoûts ou d'aliments
liquides, comme des soupes, des sauces ou des boissons,
ceux-ci peuvent chauffer trop rapidement sans que vous vous
en rendiez compte et donc déborder du récipient ou
éclabousser. C'est pourquoi il est recommandé de les chauffer
à feu doux en sélectionnant un niveau de chauffe approprié et
de remuant sans cesse.
