Non riscaldare mai liquidi in recipienti con collo stretto,
come i biberon, perché potrebbe veri carsi una fuoriuscita
del contenuto dal contenitore quando vengono riscaldati,
con pericolo di bruciature.
Per evitare improvvise eruzioni di liquido bollente con possibili
bruciature:
1. Predisporre un periodo di tempo non eccessivamente lun-
go.
2. Mescolare bene il liquido prima di cuocere o riscaldare.
3. Durante il riscaldamento si consiglia di porre nel liquido
un’asticciola di vetro, o qualcosa di simile (purché non di
metallo).
4. Lasciar riposare il liquido nel forno per almeno 20 secondi al
termine del tempo di cottura per evitare l’eruzione ritardata
della bollitura.
Non usare il forno a microonde per cuocere le uova con il
guscio né per riscaldare le uova sode intere, perché po-
trebbero esplodere anche dopo la fase di riscaldamento.
Per cucinare o riscaldare le uova che non sono state stra-
pazzate, foratene il tuorlo e l’albume, altrimenti potrebbe-
ro esplodere. Sgusciate e aff ettate le uova assodate prima
di riscaldarle nel forno a microonde.
Forare la buccia di cibi come patate, salsicce e frutta prima di
cuocere, altrimenti possono esplodere.
Per evitare il rischio di scottature.
ATTENZIONE: al  ne di evitare scottature, prima del con-
sumo si raccomanda di agitare bene il contenuto di bibe-
ron o di vasetti per l’alimentazione dei bambini, nonché
di controllarne la temperatura. Usare presine o guanti da
forno quando si rimuove il cibo dal forno per prevenire
ustioni.
